Trashes can be collected and by collecting them and using them can save the environment. In Kampala’s Kawempe area, an Ugandan eco-artist called Ruganzu Bruno built an amusement park for children from trashes.
He collected trashes and built a playground. Local community was not happy at first but when the playground was finished, all the children enjoyed it. He says: “We were trying to bring out the message that the hand is the one which is throwing this trash into the environment and at the same time it could be used to collect [them] and save the environment,” This is an article which proves Nozick’s point. Bruno is one of the citizens in Uganda and he worked hard, went to Kyambogo University and he became an eco-artist, saving the environment and making children happy. He could just sit, don’t work hard because he was born in a bad place where there is no good education. However he worked for himself and also helped the others. He proved that Rawles was wrong about how birth lottery affects our lives.
Therefore, this article proves that Nozick’s statement was true, everyone must get what they deserve, it is not about the birth lottery, anyone who tries hard enough to get what they want, can get what they want.
